Wallet Calculator: Chic and Practical

The Lexon Credit Card Calculator ($16.50, unicahome.com) is kind of a practical item but it's an essential (at least to me). I like to add up all my purchases before heading to the counter or calculate a tip for the waiter. I like to carry a calculator with me but sometimes I leave my calculator in my tote or at home. Which is why I like this one, because it fits right in my wallet and has a sleek design.

I know there are more affordable calculators but I just like the look of this one.

A Dream Notebook for Listmakers

I like making lists because I actually like crossing off things.

I found this little notebook by searching around the Internet. It's a To Do Pad by My Whomi ($15.00, mywhomi.com).

This is a dream notebook for list makers like myself. I write out what to buy, who to call and what to do all in one notebook but on seperate pages.

Have a great weekend!!!

A Sleek and Modern Wastebasket

I love The Container Store but there's not one near me so I have to order stuff online.
I recently ordered this Silver Umbra wastebasket ($14.99, containerstore.com). I really like the pink interior and the fact that it's plastic so it's not too heavy.

A Pretty Way to Stay Orgainzed

Wow it seems like Friday came really quick.

I am still sticking with my New Year's resolution of staying organized. Tuesday I ordered this Sweet Storage Desk Organizer from Pottery Barn Teen for $9.99 (pbteen.com).

I wanted something that I can put my mail in and this would keep the entry table clear. Hopefully it looks as nice as does in the picture when I receive it.

Side note: I might not have been a fan of Anna Nicole Smith but I feel bad for her family especially her new born daughter.

A Metallic Accessory to Write home about

One of my new year's resolutions is to get more organized. I started by updating the pens in my pen cup. I tossed out all of the old pens and replaced them with a few of these PaperMate PhD Metallic Retractable Ballpoint Pens ($8.00 each, wherever pens are sold). I bought mine from an art supple store near me.
I like the comfortable griper on the pen because I write a lot and sometimes my fingers get tired. I also like how smooth the pen writes.
So, instead of having a bunch of mixed matched pens, I now have a few good pens that are not cluttering up my desk. Now, I just have to make sure I don't lose any of them.
