What I Use To Keep The Frizz Away

Sorry I've been kind of busy. Next week seems a little lighter and will write about more beauty products. My latest hair product is Tresemme's Anti-Frizz Secret Smoothing Cream ($3.99, drugstores). With the weather warming up my hair tends to frizz out.

I like to add a little to my hair before I blow dry or while my hair is dry to keep my hair smooth. I like the fact that I don't have to use a lot even (you might have to use more or less depending on your hair). I also like to brush a little in before I go work out so my hair doesn't frizz out to much.

It's also good to keep flyaways down.

What products do you use to fight frizz? Let us know.

In need of a hair revival

I have medium to long hair, which tends to become dry near the ends. Even though I use a conditioner for dry hair and a deep conditioner when needed. I still need to use a leave-in conditioner.

I like to try different leave-in conditioners to see how they work with my hair.

So I decided to try, Charles Worthington Results Moisture-Seal Hair Healer Intensive Leave-in Conditioner ($5.99, Walgreens stores).

This product works for dry, permed/relaxed and color treated hair.

It works really great for my hair, the leave-in conditioner is concentrated and contains KERAFLEX (hair strengthening) Complex™ which left my hair feeling stronger, softer and shinier.

I love this product, it's salon quality for drugstore price.

The way to Shiny Healthy hair

During the fall and winter I like to add a leave-in conditioner to my hair regimen. It's extra protection for the harsh elements of the weather, the indoor heat, blow drying and heat styling.

Alberto VO5 Detangle & Shine Leave-in Conditioner ($3.99, drugstores) is great because it not to heavy or weigh down my hair. I feel like my hair is stronger and shiny when I use this leave-in conditioner.

Bonus: It has UV filter to protect against sun damage.

Silky Smooth Hair

I like to blow dry my hair really straight so I use several straightening products. I like to use ThermaSilk Straight & Smooth Leave-In Cream ($4, drugstores) when I want my hair really straight.

Creamy products work best on my dry and thick hair and this one is easy. After shampooing and conditioning my hair, I add this leave in cream followed by blow drying my hair.

Jensen Ackles from Supernatural uses Olay facial moisturizer ($7.99, drugstores) to keep his skin moisturized.
