Looking for Unstoppable Eyes

When you're a contact wearer, such as myself you are always looking for an eye liner that's not going to bother your eyes. I found that with Maybelline New York Unstoppable Eye Liner ($7, drugstores). It's very easy to use and doesn't irritate my eyes.

You have a hair problem, here is the solution

Is your hair in need of some repair? My hair was feeling a little dry from the seasonal transition and from all the summer fun I had. So, when I stubble upon this FRIZZ-EASE Reinforce Strengthening Triple Creme Masque by John Frieda ($6, drugstores), I was impressed.

Not just because of the price but because my hair felt really soft and looked healthy. I like to try new products and sometimes they are not that great but this is not one of those products.

According to People magazine, Jessica Alba uses Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 ($8.50 1.0 oz jar, kiehls.com).

How to look Cute and Sexy for only $18.00?

Yesterday, I received an E-mail from a good friend, writing that she had a Frugal Glam item she wanted to share.

She bought this adorable Pinstripe Nightie by mark. (Avon) for only $18.00 (avon.com or see an Avon representative). I might have to buy one for myself. This nightie is definitely cute and a little sexy.

If you have any Frugal Glam products you would like to share please E-mail me at: CBrooks2020@yahoo.com.

So long dry cuticles

I originally received this product as a gift, but now I purchase it for myself. OPI Avoplex Cuticle Treatment ($11, opi.com for stores) combines Alpha Hydroxy Acids and Salicylic Acid to remove dry cuticles.

If you love to give yourself manicures at home, well this product will be heaven scent. I don't always have time to get a professional manicure, nor do I always want to give someone else a lot of money for a basic manicure.

To me $11 is a pretty good deal for professional like results and in the end I have saved myself money.

Celebrity Frugal Glam Product:

Nicole Richie has stated that she uses Dove Beauty Bar ($1 drugstore) on her face, because "it makes my skin incredibly soft!"

Is there a Frugal Glam product that you use and would like to tell us about it? Please leave us a comment.

Keeping your lips Kiss worthy

Searching for the perfect product that will give you soft and kissable lips? Why not try the tried and true ChapStick Lip Balm? It's been around for ages. My ultimate favorite is ChapStick LipMoisturizer with SPF 15 ($1.99 at drugstore).

I have been using this product for a few years and my lips continue to stay moist and never chapped. Also, this is the perfect product to prep your lips for lipstick or gloss. No one wants to kiss a person with dry chapped lips. So, not attactive.

Give it a try, $1.99 for soft, moist, and kissable lips. It works for me.

Shiny and Happy Hair

The reason why I started this blog, is the fact that I always seem to receive a lot of compliments about my skin and hair. A lot of my friends think I spend a lot of money, but my little secret is I use great products that don't cost a lot.

Since Fall is upon us, now we all have to deal with indoor heat, hats, and harsh air, which can all result in having seriously dry hair. But the magic product that I have found is L’Oreal Vive Pro Smooth Intense Shampoo and Conditioner ($5.00 each at drugstores). My normally coarse dry hair felt soft and smooth.
